Despicable after sales service

On December 15th I purchased a couch from Coricraft, they were very happy to take my money but did not confirm date of delivery. I told them I need the couch by 1 February they confirmed that it would be delivered by or before that date. It is now almost two months and I have received no accurate confirmation of delivery date, I have tried to request for a refund to no avail. When I call the shop the staff is not helpful. I would never recommend purchasing anything from Coricraft. I have never experienced this anywhere else.
