Desperate for some assistance!

I was referred to the info@coricraft email by the Manager of the Coricraft shop in the Atterbury centre, Pretoria. I purchased a Zambesi Whisky Breen Cnr 2 Arms couch from Coricraft in 2016. I want to repair recent damage to two cushions. I have tried repeatedly on their Facebook site to contact Coricraft for a possible reference or procedure to assist with the repairs, but to no avail. In a last ditched desperate attempt I tried the email address provided by the store manager and although the mail was confirmed as: Thanks for reaching out to Coricraft. This auto-reply is just to let you know that we have received your email and will respond to you as soon as possible.
