Delivey Charges and service - what a *******

Delivery. I paid R740 to have a book case delivered - what a ******* 1) the confirmed delivery was for 11H00 - 13H00 - this was done in writing 2) the delivery arrived after 15H00 3) Multiple deliveries were made to multiple customers at the same apartment block but we all paid the full amount 4) The bookcase consisted of 2 boxes - I could have loaded them into my car 5) I then had to assemble the bookcase my self !!!! If I had organized my own delivery it would have cost me R200. 6) I am now laying a complaint at the National Consumer Concil
