Delivery to the wrong address

I paid R745.00 to deliver a headboard I. My home address, but it was delivered at the Rosebank store. I had to pay R350 to someone that the store indicated. After almost one hour waiting the delivery I called the driver to know that he was given the wrong address. It shows a completely lack of management and organisation.
