Delivery time

After I was promised that my furniture will be delivered on the 12th of Desember 2017. I took unpaid leave to be at my holiday home to receive the furniture. I rented it out for the Desember holidays, but I had to cancel the tenants due to corricrafts emty promises. It is the 21st of Desember and the still cannot give me an answer on which truck my furniture is. My hands are tide becauce a paid the full amount close of a R100 000 and they dont even phone me back. ???.
