Delivery of products immensely frustrating

<p>I purchased two couches from Coricraft and was asked if delivery could be done in 2 to 3 weeks as the couches had to come from Cape Town (to Centurion). After almost 3 weeks I havn't received and feedback on an expected delivery date. I went to the store to follow up and was informed that they already had the couches for 2 weeks!! They agreed to a delivery date and confirmed the time for delivery. On the delivery date I received an SMS saying that the delivery will be late, but will still be done on the same day. The delivery time past and not a single word. I phoned 3 times and went to the store only to be told that the don't know what happened to the order and will that they will get back to me. So we wait... </p>
