Delivery of an incorrect couch
I bought a couch from Coricraft Bedworth park and they delivered the incorrect one. The salesperson promised me that they will collect it and bring the correct one but when she was called again she told us that we should go and report them and we will never be able to get what we want.

We have a customer checklist in store which shows pictures of a left- and right-hand slouch precisely to prevent errors like yours from being made. It appears that this checklist was not completed with you, and we have reviewed this with the sales consultant. Your correct slouch is in the factory and will be delivered to you shortly. We know that you will love your slouch, and build great memories relaxing on it with your loved ones. Our Bedworth showroom has moved to the Vaal Mall and opened on Thursday with a 10% off everything promotion all weekend. Our new store is so beautiful and run by the energetic and customer-friendly Themba, so we hope you will visit us in our new home soon!Yours in Design,

03 Jun 2022, 10:52I am supprised that you only decided to respond on the 2 June 2022 but logged the complain 5 months ago.
I t doesn't concern me whether you are moving to heaven or planet earth.
I was left miserable for all those months and I was even told that I must pay R4800 for the slouch R700 for collection the couch.
I ended up in hospital due to depression and now you are bringing back that pain again which I know it will end badly.
Dimpho the sales person, didn't even bother to confirm if the couch was correct before it was delivered.
