Delivery delayed

I bought a dining room table and customised chairs in October. They initially indicated that it would be delivered on the 19th of November. After enquiring, they now indicate that maybe it will be shipped in on the 16th of December. I’m confused, because it was communicated to me that it had te be manufactured at the warehouse. Now it needs to be shipped in? Where is the stuff common from and what’s the real story. I should have just gone to sevens because customer service is so seamless there. Now I’m going into Christmas dinner parties and entertaining my family without a proper eating place. Supply and demand…. If you can’t get the basics right, get out of business….
