Delivery date not met!

Their communication with their stores is not in coronation! Got furniture a month ago, received an email that it will be delivered last week already! Fast forward to the day, I inquire to only be told that it’s not even made. Yet I still had an email to say I must expect delivery. The store said to me it’s not made & you will have to still wait for manufacturers in Cape Town for delivery. Why was I not told this before hand and why is their communication clashing with stores
