DELIVERY DATE

I purchase white L shape couches at Coricraft at Carival mall I received excellent service from the lady that assist me however I am not happy with the time frame of 4-6 weeks .Why does Coricraft take so long with production and delivery where as when you purshase at other furniture stores well know furniture stores whether they have stock of not deliver takes about 7-14 business days. I phoned the call centre yesterday and was told Mpho will calll me back he never did so I phoned again and was told again he will phone me back. Eventually this morning I phoned again this morning a lady from the call centre phoned me and said well delivery will be 27th August but I will only get my deliver 31 August .I mentioned to her that I will not be in the country and that it is urgent for me to get the couches delivered before than.If I knew that delivery and production takes so long at coricraft I would have not bought the couches from them I even mentioned that I wish I could ask for a refund and go somewhere else where I will get my couches much quicker ,without even trying to help me or escalate and let the warehouse know and assist urgently she just said well Mam you just have to wait.
