Delivered 2 different couches (no feedback)

Hi, <br> <br> I've previously had an issue with the colour of a couch. Now the second time around they delivered 2 different colour couches. Once again I understand mistakes happen. <br> <br> Yet since the incident (24th of Decemeber) nobody has phoned me.and told me when the factory would be able rectify the mistake. I have phoned corricraft at least 4 times nobody can give me answer.<br> <br> I'm very tired of this attitude. I've now been waiting for couches for months.<br> <br>
