Delayed refund

I went and bought 2 Kirby occasional chairs last Tuesday, the 9th of February, at the Atterbury Value Mart branch. Then on Friday, the 12th of February, I was at the Menlyn branch and came across the Capri occasional chairs which I liked even more, so I decided to buy 2 of them. On Saturday, the 13th of February, I went back to the Atterbury branch to return the Kirby occasional chairs as I had bought the Capris. The lady who helped me said the money would be refunded by Wednesday, the 17th of February. It's now Friday the 19th of February, and the money is still not refunded.<br> <br> I had a similar incident regarding refunds and that also dragged for weeks, not willing to go through that again. I am quite disappointed in the customer service and empty promises.
