Day bed still not delivered!! Appalling service!!!

We placed an order for a day bed in December. We were advised that it would take up to 6 weeks for it to be delivered and once we paid the full amount upfront- we were told it would be delivered on the 19 February. On the 26 January the wrong day bed was brought to our house and we sent it back. After calling and speaking to a Cindy- and being told it would be delivered today 21 February after 1pm. I spoke to Cindy again on the same day and the same person tells me there's nothing on the delivery sheet for delivery of oh day bed. The level of service and incompetence is appalling and I certainly won't be going back to any Coricraft in a hurry if a simple delivery can't be delivered almost two months after order and paid for!!!! All I want is the day bed that we ordered and paid for!
