Damaged goods when delivered

On the 10th January 2015 i purchased a bed set from Coricraft in Forest Hills. The goods were delivered on the 01st April 2015. The base of the bed was hoisted through the balcony and the leather of the base was damaged and the structure was dented. <br> <br> I called the person who is responsible for the Forest Hills orders (Molly) on the 08th April and informed her of the damages. I was requested to sent through the photos of the bed, which i did via an email. On the 20th April i sent a follow up email since i did not receive any response from her. <br> <br> I am extremely disappointed with her service as the bed looks like a second hand bed with the base leather damaged. I would like for the bed to be exchanged as it doesn't look good at all.
