Damaged goods but excellent correction procedure

<p>I am not sure why the Coricraft quality control would let damaged goods be sent to a client in the first place; but after I sent them back and got in touch with Olga via Mark, the replacement process went smoothly. As the bedside tables (pedestals) that were ordered had been discontinued, I got to choose another set, which after asking, I was not charged any additional cost for. Also after asking, I was given a delivery time; which was on time. The pedestals were assembled on delivery and were in good condition.</p> <p>Thank you Coricraft.</p>
