Damaged good on delivery

<p>I would like to express my disappointment with the after sales service at coricraft. This is the 2nd item I bought from coricraft that has been delivered with stretches. In 2015 I bought a Higgins dining table on delivery it has stretches. I report this, the only thing that coricraft did was simply paint over the stretch. The quality of the table is very poor compared to the amount that i paid for. The table stretches easy and the varnish comes off displaying the colour of the wood undeneath.</p> <p>In December 2016 I bought the opium coffee table. When we disassembled the table there were stretches on some of the legs. I called the salesperson on the day of delivery which was 30th of December 2016. He said I must send him an email with the pictures, which I did on the same day. I have not heard anything from him since. I have also relayed this to the online customer service page but still waiting for response.</p> <p>It's very disappointing that coricraft does not have good after sales service and they don't care about customer satisfaction.</p>
