Damaged couch
October I bought a couch in crest mall , noticed the stich is coming out , reported it December 2015 , promised a replacement 18 Jan 2016 , made a follow up on the 25th Jam 2016 promised again middle February , up till now still waiting. Very angry as their good in promises something and they never deliver.

Our factory opened Mid January so i would have anticipated delivery to be Mid to end Feb.
