Customer Service - what a joke!

I ordered some inner cushion covers in 2016. On June 2nd 2016 I asked if they could let me know when they'd be ready - I'm still waiting for a response. This week I phoned and tried to order again I was informed that someone would phone me - still waiting 2 days later. So now what do I do? Customer Service only works if you don't want anything or require them to help you. Won't be using them for my replacement sofas.
