Customer service at Coricraft Woodmead does not exist...think twice before buying from them!

<p>Coricraft Woodmead is the worst when it comes to Customer Service. Purchase a lounge set from them, which they delivered in a damaged condition. We go to complete the return form before Christmas...the lady from the store, Stella, clearly can't read as she calls on 5th January to say that we need to complete the form...thereafter they unable to give any indication when our money will be returned. They hound you to pay them when you order furniture, but when they at fault...they take ages to return your money! Behaviour from the staff at the store in nothing short of unhelpful and useless! Guys...think twice before buying from that store!</p>
