Customer Frustrating Representantaves of CoriCraft are emblematic of the disregard they have for their Black Customers

We went to the warehouse to get a coffee table and the service we received was terrible. We henestly felt like second hand citizen. Firstly the receptionist would not speak English even though we barely understood Zulu, she just assumed that because we are black we must understand. The second thing is there was a problem with booking by the Rosebank store as they did not confirm the collection with the warehouse. We were met with attitude, they first refused to give us the coffee table, then told us we would have to wait for hours for them to get things together. Only when we asked to speak to the manager did they start to assist us but even then it took at lest 30 minutes to get the papers to go the warehouse and collect. In that thirty minutes there we times where we were left in reception as both receptionists/ customer support went for coffee and bathroom breaks, they would stop speaking to us or would just walk out on us mid conversation.

Now I’m just a small guy who will not change this companies fortunes but if this is how you conduct business it is clear you are here to serve the rich and fairer skinned and have no regard for the rest of your client. You all ought to be ashamed of you customer non-support staff.
