"Customer care" line useless

I've had my leather couch repaired by Coricraft and made full payment for the repair on Friday, 16 October 2020. Till this evening (27 October 2020), I have not been successful in having Coricraft deliver my couch, even though it was included in the quote and paid for. I have phoned the customer care line on numerous occasions and am continuously told someone will call me back and then no-one does. I have even taken this matter up with the store, and once again received an empty promise that someone will call me back. Extremely poor service and I will not recommend Coricraft to anyone in future.
