Cushion Fading Less Than 2 Months

I dealt with an unprofessional manager Darren at Coricraft Sandton. I was informed via his staff to read T&C's. He didn't take our immediate call back. Left a message for him & needless to say he didn't bother calling back. I recalled him today to advise their T&C's relate to furniture claims. I purchased cushions and one is fading . I had to argue that this type of claim would not have materialized within 7 days & that it's evident the material is of an inferior quality. Also as per the CPA a defective item can be returned, repair/replacement requested 6 months after purchase. I'm within this since the purchase was made less than 2 months ago on 31st December 2015. Darren thinks it's quite acceptable for a cushion to fade in less than 2 months. In his words things don't last forever. Furthermore he asked I send the CPA to him (but he's the manager in retail). I've begrudgingly been told to go to the branch (again) for an exchange. Quite frankly I don't want to deal with this arrogant, rude, clueless manager and will rather wait for Coricraft Head Office to provide someone that understands a customer's rights, how to treat customers professionally & courteously.
