Credit my account and fix interest charged

I have sent several emails and no one seems to be interest in fixing the problem. They apparently only picked up 4 payments when 5 WAS made. I have sent them proof of payments done and yet if I ask them for my statement the interest is still charged. We had a problem with our order as we ordered 3 Div in stead of 2 Div. They traded the 3 Div for the 2 Div however we have not been credited as well as never received the back cushions we ordered and also not been refunded. seriously tired of getting them to fix this. Leon Lochner has been helpful but it seems they are also not assisting him!!!
