Couchless in Gauteng

I ordered a couch from them almost 5 weeks ago. The couch has apparently been manufactured, in Cape Town, but they cannot say when it will arrive in Joburg. Or then delivered to my house. The entire process has been incredibly frustrating because naturally, when purchasing the couch, I wasn't made aware that they had logistics issues. Also, why do they do business in Gauteng if they manufacture in Cape Town? To be fair the woman I've been dealing with at Coricraft has been lovely, but I still have no idea when I'll have my couch. Yet they have my money, so I have no option but to wait and hope. I chose them over another supplier because I thought they were the more reputable business.
