Couches Coricraft

I bought couches at coricraft centurion, i am not happy with the product like since i bought them feathers are coming out and we are everyday being poked by feathers from the couches and my house is always full of feathers from the couches, went to report the problem and they called to say they will come change the product since we been waiting nothing has been done or communicated to us since and its been very long about 3 to 4 months waiting for Coricraft to come fix the problem i have.
