Couch not up to standard

I'am so disappointed with the service at coricraft, I spent R33k on a couch I've been crazy about for months when it arrived it had white glue marks about 16 of them, on a brown leather couch. I don't know how this couch was passed off as ready for delivery. I called coricraft east london and reported this I was told to take pictures which I did and was then told the manager would come and see it for herself because they do not understand what it could be since the marks they make when cutting material can be easily wiped off. she said she would come when her schedule allows it's almost two weeks now and I have also just discovered that something was not done right at the bottom of the couch a visitor in my home noticed this I'm fuming right now because I know that nothing will be done about this either. I would not recommend this store to anyone, rather buy small things like cushions, because for the very expensive stuff you won't get your money's worth.
