Couch looks old, untidy and very uncomfortable

I bought a couch mid January, after 2 weeks I contacted Coricraft to let them know that the couch looks old, uncomfortable and untidy. They said they will send an assessor but never came.<br> Last week I called Kramerville to let them know that I am dissatisfied with my couch. They said they will send someone but they did. <br> I have a couch that a paid a good price for but looks as if it is 10 years old.
