Couch falling apart, just over a year old

I Complained on the Coricraft website but have not received feedback in 3 days.

We bought a leather Couch from Coricraft value of R45 000, The couch is just over a year old now and the structure of the Couch is already braking. This is unacceptable quality of a R45 000 Couch!

I feel proper **********, and the fact that Coricraft had my complaint now for more than 3 days just shows how much they care
