We bought couches from Coricraft Brooklyn branch, they were delivered in December 2017 and later on we realised they had defects i.e; loose threads, white patches and scuffing. I had sent an email with pictures and called the branch on the 21/12/2017 but never received any response, then forwarded the mail on the 24/01/2018 to their branch manager who also never responded, then proceeded to call the branch on the 03/02/2018 and spoke to a lady by the name of Busisiwe whom then I forwarded the email too, who then was also *********** and did not respond to my mail, furthermore I contact the branch again and spoke to Helen on the 05/02/2018, also sent her an email and she responded that she will forward my complain to their head office which will make contact with me with 48 hours. Still yet its been a week and i haven't received any contact from Coricraft. I don't know what type of business are running, did we buy our couches from a "****a shop"? whereby we pay for our goods in cash and you send us sub-standard goods. To top it all you have *********** staff that can't even respond to a complaint for 3 months, what are work ethics?
