Corricraft nighmare

So we bought a couch from corricraft parkview and its been an absolute nightmare. Because we live far(480km) we arranged a date for the couch to be there and it is well within the time frame corricraft agreed to. We called them every day leading up to today to find out if it will be ready and none of them would answer us or be helpful in any way. Well we are here today traveled that distance and waited for 5 weeks for nothing our couch is not there.
