Coricrafts pathetic service!

I ordered 4 dining chairs from Coricraft. They were delivered after 10 weeks with black marks on them. They got my address wrong and delivered at 5:20 pm making me wait the entire day.<br> Their call centre was closed so I couldn't notify them about the marks on the chairs.<br> I called Sandton City, where I placed my order, and spoke to Sandisiwe who asked me to send her pictures and she would follow up. I never received any response from her. <br> Managed to get through to the call centre the following Monday and they said they would deliver new chairs by Wednesday. Well , its Wednesday and I've received no communication from them. Don't think I'm getting my chairs for Christmas so I'll have to seat guests on plastic stools. How embarrassing!<br> Many of my friends and family have had very similar incidents with Coricraft. <br> They advertise nice products, take your money and then don't deliver<br> AND their service is pathetic!!!<br> <br> What a shame. I'm never doing business with you again!
