Coricraft, your 6months interest free is a lie and your and RCS's service is atrocious!

I bought a couch from Coricraft in May on the 6-months interest free option. Despite paying the installment on time evry month they charged interest every month. And despite several calls and promises to rectify it, they continued charging interest. In November, the full purchase price of the couch was paid up. They are still demanding R2000 interst from me. I have called 4 times this week, been put on hold for 25 or more minutes each time and still RCS will not rectify their mistake and cancel the interest, nor can they tell me what the interest is for. You keep on promising to investigate and call me back, yet I am still waiting for a call back.Your service is useless and your 6 months interest free is a LIE.You are dishonest and not interested in fixing your mistakes.
