CoriCraft Woodstock, CT- Disgusting Service Delivery
How’s this for disgusting service. For a well “quality” company to treat their customers in this form. You first have to spend over R12 000 on one of their couches, then to have the couch well maintained you have to buy their products. Here is my story. I visited the branch Jan 2020 to have my couch recycled, only to find the inner covers need replacing. Sent through the pictures and dimension on 1 Feb 2020. After numerous follow ups, my order has not yet been placed. Lockdown happens I follow up again June. I make a Facebook post thereafter and immediately get a reaction in form of a apology letter on 2 July from the sales lady Melody Steenkamp from Coricraft Woodstock Cape Town. I accept it as we human and we make mistakes. I received the quote with a 10% discount and I proved to the closed store to make payment which was on 16 July 2020. She then advised my order has been sent to warehouse to manufacture my 4 inner covers for my Santorini couch. Today it’s the 16th September and I have still NOT received my inner covers, I have sent follow up after follow up the response is they busy manufacturing. How ridiculous is this? Who in their right mind provides such a disgusting service. They happy to except your thousands of rands but cannot even deliver a R40 inner cover. Is it because the inners only cost R40 that they not interested in servicing me? I received one call from the so called manager barely sincere that was in June and I have not received a follow up call. It is a absolute pity that I have a few other @coricraft couches that will eventually also need maintenance which forces me to return. Please do yourself a favor and don’t set foot at the Woodstock branch their service is Pathetic. I will be posting my message on every media platform as well as sending it to Carte-Blanche and every other platform until I receive my inners THAT I PAID for. If there is any ombudsman referrals please DM me.
