CORICRAFT - WHAT HAS HAPPENED ??

DISGUSTING way to treat your customers!! I hoped it might be a one off but looking at the recent reviews here I see I'm not the only one who has been disappointed by this once reputable brand. We are currently experiencing unprecedented times and I do think a measure of understanding should be allowed but a full week sitting on my money with no communication about the items being sold out and then telling me they can only "TRY" to refund me in 7-10 working days is shocking!!! I was only able to gauge feedback 9 days after the order was confirmed as the phone lines are pretty much non existent (I waited for 45 minutes to get hold of someone to be told that they only looked at my order 7 days after it was confirmed and by then the items I'd ordered and paid for were sold out. No communication and no concrete resolution to get my money back what do we do now Coricraft!!! HOW THE MIGHTY HAVE FALLEN, considering I work in the industry it is the saddest thing to see a powerhouse descend into this state.
