Coricraft warranty ****

I purchased a recliner couch from Coricraft and was informed by the manager of the store that the couch has a 20 year warranty. Now 4 years later I take the couch back for as repair and the sales rep informs me that due to the many comebacks they had on recliner couches that they no longer support their warranty. The couch I received no longer reclines and the wires from the frame of the couch have come loose and poking holes through the leather. I can therefore assume that all Coricraft furniture is of poor quality and therefore overpriced.
