Coricraft Unacceptable Service Levels

I am so disappointed with the quality of service (or no service) - purchased our couches from Canal Walk branch, have replaced it already once due to the poor quality of the product. Await collection now to replace it again due to the same reason. Were promised pick up a couple of times, were promised it would be sorted out a couple of times, had sales people come to look at the problem, were promised it would be resolved...STILL WAITING! Really sad as my previous couches were also from Coricraft and lasted 15 years without fault. This service has now made me question purchasing from them ever again. <br> <br> Have dealt with numerous people re this problem already and have received no joy. Very sad that a reputable company like this can be so slack on their service delivery!
