CORICRAFT TYGERVALLEY -Lack of professionalism and service.

On 14 January 2019 we bought a few decor pieces, a trunk, 2 genuine leather dining chairs and a couch at coricraft tygervalley. Consultants there are very eager to help you. After explaining that we needed the furniture and decor for my husbands new business which will open early February the consultant sold us these pieces, with the understanding that they will deliver within 2 weeks. Needless to say after 2 weeks we had to phone to follow up where he informed us that due to black friday there is a backlog at the factory and it now took 8 weeks. After a long back and forth him promising to try and borrow us furniture and not getting back to us, us having to phobe again. He finally send a refund form. AND GUESS WHAT- we STILL DON'T have our refund. DO NOT BUY AT CORICRAFT you WILL be DISAPPOINTED!
