CORICRAFT THE WORST SERVICE EVER.

Worst service ever from Coricraft. I first had an issue with coricraft when they came to collect my couch but that's a different issue on it's own. They scheduled my delivery for the 2 March 2019 as the FIRST delivery which supposed to be in the morning. I had made plans to move any appointments I had to the afternoon. I recieved an SMS saying they should be by my place between 9:45 and 11:45, then I had a call from someone from coricraft asking if they can move the delivery to the afternoon. I said no because I shifted my appointments to the afternoon already. At 10am I received an SMS and a call from them saying they on the way to deliver. It is now 1:10pm and still no communication or delivery. I am so frustrated because I cant move my other appointments out. I dont know what to do. I WILL NEVER SUPPORT CORICRAFT OR BUY FROM THEM EVER AGAIN. I WILL TELL OTHER PEOPLE ABOUT THIS TERRIBLE SERVICE THAT THEY ALWAYS PROVIDE.
