Coricraft - The worst quality of product around!

My wife and I are still struggling to understand how this retailer manages to survive given their lack of quality and poor customer service.

Over the past few months, we have invested a considerable amount of money, equipping our new home with items purchased from Coricraft, much to our dismay, as the quality is terrible!

We literally had to do away with an expensive 2x piece couch unit as the couch structure and finishes were of such a poor quality and workmanship, with the unit only being a few months old.

We also purchased an expensive wall clock, which would have fallen and broken our Samsung smart TV, should I not have removed it to replace the battery as result of the clock falling apart and the section housing the hook/anchor piece, coming apart.

The sales person and manager of the Centurion Mall branch simply took the stand point of "No returns post a 7 day period".

We find this inexcusable and am wanting to know why companies like Sofaworx get it right the first time!

We have lost almost 30K over a period of approximately less than 12 months and are waiting for a response from Coricraft as we are insisting on a full refund of our clock purchase.
