Coricraft - the misfortune of purchasing from this disappointment of an “establishment”

I really would not recommend buying furniture to be ordered from coricraft, our sofas were ordered in November last year, with the sales person advising it would be ready by December, latest being the first week of January. Today we are told that it would be ready 9 weeks from today and if we choose to cancel, we forfeit a portion of our payment. To top it off, their customer service is atrocious. Reading all the other similar complaints from customers on their pages it seems like the company needs to be reported to the consumer ombudsman.

Disappointed and will never support nor recommend consumers supporting this brand.
