Coricraft The Glen

I purchased my couches on the 20th of Jan 2021 and was only delivered on the 10th of April!!!!! Was promised by the store Manager at The Glen shopping centre that it takes 7 weeks. Well I waited 11 weeks for my couches. He also told us in store that if they don't live up to their promise in 7 weeks they will give you a voucher. I was only offered an R800 voucher ...... after explaining to the store manager what does he think I can purchase in store for that amount he promised to look at some scatters for my new couches. When i asked about it again they asked for what color and then was promised it was on the truck and will also be with delivery. SURPRISE I never received the scatters either and was now told that I got free delivery after how many emails we requested to pick it up ourselves in Randburg.

So I referred one of my friends just after buying my couches so she ordered her couches which was different to mine and much much more expensive on the 24th of Feb and guess what she received her delivery in 6 weeks even a week before mine was delivered. So money talks

So I guess the trucks for her couches was not delayed !!!!!!!!

Very disappointed and will not refer or buy at Coricraft again.
