Coricraft TFG Money Account limitations
I have a new TFG Money Account, my credit limit is fine but the ‘available limit’ is less than what I need to purchase a sofa at Coricraft, which is within my credit limit.
I called the TFG MA contact centre, they were helpful and said that a top up is the solution to my problem but Coricraft is not yet ‘on the system’ so they cannot help me.
The price of goods at Coricraft are high. This integration problem means that the TFG Money Account does not allow Coricraft to satisfy me, its customer.
I need urgent assistance from TGF / Coricraft to purchase my sofa whilst still on sale!
