Coricraft takes over a month to refund its customers - i am still awaiting my refund

<p>Last month Coricraft had special on their Terry slouch couch (Mall of Africa Branch) which naturally as a new home owner I was very interested in. I went in and placed my order paying just the deposit. Upon going to my new place and measuring the living room’s dimensions I realised the couch would be too big and thus would need to cancel my order. I went into the Rosebank branch and the assistant told me to fill in a form and once it was filled that my couch would be cancelled and that payment would be received a week later. A few days later I got a call from the call centre saying that I can expect delivery of my couch in a few weeks, to which I responded that I had cancelled my order. I went back to the Mall of Africa store to see why I hadn’t been paid and why the call centre had not been made aware of my cancellation and they informed me that my order had not been cancelled and that I had to fill in the same form again for payment to be done in a week. To this date (a month after I had cancelled my order in the rose bank branch) I have still not received my refund, when I call the store I am constantly speaking to new people who ask me the same questions and solve nothing. I am actually so tired of speaking to the *********** people at coricraft who can’t even process a simple refund. My advice to anyone wanting to buy from coricraft is don't, don't bother at all with the rose bank branch as my original refund form was unprocessed (and the petty staff fought in front of me during my visit) and don't bother with the Mall of Africa as they are full or pacifiers and time wasters who get nothing done yet promise delivery.</p>
