Coricraft, Suppliers of not-my-couch

I have been waiting close to 12 weeks for a couch I have ordered and paid for in full on the date of order, after being told to expect a delivery date of between 4 to 6 weeks, and at this point I have simply had enough. When contacting the branch that I ordered from (for now out of common decency I will not say which, more common decency than which I have been shown) I get false feedback and a very casual no care attitude towards customer service. I had a simple request to be kept up to date with any developments and/or delays in the manufacturing and transport of my couch but even this request seemed too daunting to execute. From my personal point of view, I cannot confidently recommend anyone to follow the route I did in my endeavor to purchase a couch for my home.
