Coricraft stole my money - refuse to refund me

After receiving terrible customer service, I still bought a headboard. With the only one colour available it didn't match my room so I returned it with a day or two. It's been 21 days now and nobody updated me on my refund. Why is Coricraft getting so bad. Why are they keeping my funds and accruing interest on my funds for the past two weeks. Should I report this... The fact that they are not adhering their 5 day return policy?. @Coricraft
