Coricraft STOLE my cash and I want it back

I have sent a complaint before about them and still situation not resolved , I drove almost every week to the store and the manager keeps saying “ waiting for head office will call you” they haven’t called me, I honestly need my money back. I had bought stuff stuff and returned them the next day and swapped for other things and after the exhange there was actually change and I was given a refund letter and still no money , this was in May last year and I’ve been following up but honestly this is wrong , this is my money, their service is ridiculously horrible , I haven’t even tried bashing them on any social media because am trying to be professional and I wanted a dinning table but I could never buy anything from there like EVER as am thinking if my leg broke they would ignore me because the have what they want from me. Omg am so over this, if they still ignore me with my own money am taking this to a whole new level and trust me twitter can make this trend for the whole month. This is really ridiculous and I want my money already!!!
