Coricraft still has the worst service.

Terrible service. After waiting 4 weeks for a so called custom made couch, the incorrect couches are delivered and i send same back. Lizzy from Design Quarter branch does not get back to me, saying she would. Zandile from Design Quarter branch did get back to me, though sadly with no information. Claudette called me back just before 17:00 stating she has no information, and they will get back to me first thing the next day. Everyone refers me to Cindy Weiner who neither keeps her word, nor care about customer service. Mark Steinfeldt is missing in action and even though everyone advise he is the executive in charge, he is not available, and there is no way to reach him. It is 10am Thursday, and only when i ask to speak to Mark, who is again unavailable, does Cindy speak to me, saying she has no information. I am yet again waiting for Cindy Weiner to get back to me. Coricraft, my friends were right: your service is the worst in business!!!
