Coricraft staff - Terrible

Penny Koulis is your customer relationship manager in Johannesburg. She sold me her personal coricraft couch. I paid her and the deal was done in good faith. She promised to email me the Coricraft 10 year warranty as the couch is under a year old. After multiple requests, she eventually blocked me on social media and has disappeared. She carries your name but she treats people like dirt. I am disgusted and will personally never do business with coricraft again if this is the kind of people you employ. I would like her contact details sent to me and I would like this matter dealt with. Thanks
