Coricraft - shocking customer service

I am so disappointed in Coricraft - bought dining room chairs - made here in RSA - they say wait max ten weeks - we waited almost 12. Then they arrived with a few issues- an assessor comes out on the 8 May to double check my complaint - assured me that I will hear back from them for collection date on 10 May! By 18 May I email the Manager that assisted us - he manages to get the call centre to confirm pick up for 21 May - I arrange for someone to be home all day! At about 15:00 I start getting message - first they were arriving between 13:15 and 15:15 - then 15:15 - 17:45 then moved to 22 May (no phone call nothing) - and so it goes on. What happened to customer service ? Shocking ! PS once they pick up the chairs I have to wait another ten days for them to be fixed!
