Coricraft service

Hi Got my lounge suite 4 weeks ago - but all couches is not the same colour and nobody at Coricraft seems to care - spoke to about 4 different people and the response is the same… head office will phone you … still nothing. Excpected more from a strong brand like that….. worst service ever
